1. Skill Courses and PGP Courses
We offer a 15-day cancellation and refund policy for all skill courses and Post Graduate Programs (PGP).Cancellation Request: To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request must be submitted within 15 days from the date of course enrollment.Refund Process: Once the cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method used.Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be processed if no course content has been accessed or if the student has not participated in live sessions or assessments. If any part of the course has been accessed or completed, a refund may not be eligible.

2. UG and PG Admissions
For UG and PG admissions, the cancellation and refund policies are in accordance with UGC Guidelines. The final decision regarding cancellation and refund lies with the concerned university.University’s Policy: Each university follows its own guidelines for cancellations and refunds, and RESA India Private Limited is not responsible for any decisions made by the universities regarding refunds or admissions.Refund Eligibility: Please refer to the university’s cancellation and refund policy for more details, as each institution's rules may vary.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

4. Non-Refundable Charges
Please note that any administrative charges or fees levied at the time of enrollment may not be refunded. These non-refundable charges will be specified at the time of enrollment.

5. Modification of Policy
RESA India Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will be applicable to all future transactions.
